Always owning emotions are tough. They will bring you down and also bring you back up. You never know what to do unless you express them. Why do we feel emotion? I have no idea but every time i do it constantly makes me sad & angry most of the time. I am constantly happy & positive but when emotions struck i just am not motivated. I always learnt that bottling all your emotions up wont do you any good, constantly tell yourself your better then this.
